First Place Jewelry (FPJ) has been a family-owned and operated business since the 1920s though the business’s name and geographical locations have changed since then. While First Place Jewelry LLC officially opened in Glendale, AZ in 2013, we started operating our local, family-owned business in Arizona since 2009 where we were located inside a swap meet in the state. Besides providing excellent customer service, we have dedicated our efforts and resources to improve and expand our business. FPJ initially started as a small local business buying and selling gold. Now, FPJ has expanded to a local company serving as one of the main suppliers for quality jewelry including 21 karat gold, silver, and diamonds not only in the valley but across the states. Our dedication and expansion model was congratulated by the city of Glendale by naming FPJ as one of the best local businesses in the city in two executive years in 2019 and 2020. Furthermore, with the advent of technology and online shopping over the past decade, we have adapted our business model to serve customers from the comfort of their homes. Now, we ship to many customers across the states. Additionally, we continued to operate during this pandemic, and we remained open for business while following public health recommendations and precautions to keep our customers safe.
